LAW B524 Alternative Dispute Resolution Seminar

This seminar will provide opportunities for study, research and writing related to the legal, policy and ethical issues in the emerging field of alternative dispute resolution ("ADR"). Research papers satisfy the advanced writing requirement for J.D. students. Prerequisite: students who have taken LAW B525 must have the instructor's approval.
