LAW P567 Intellectual Property Survey

This course is intended for J.D. students and non-law students who want a basic general overview of the core subjects of intellectual property law: patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and trademarks. The course examines fundamental principles, their underlying policies, and how the laws inter-relate. Not open to students who have taken LAW P501 Intellectual Property Law Core, LAW A522 Copyrights, LAW A546 Patents, or LAW E588 Trademarks.
