LAW B 518 Appellate Advocacy

Advanced instruction in techniques of advocacy, primarily appellate brief writing. Includes lectures on brief writing and oral advocacy and practice exercises. Members of the bar and the judiciary may also speak to the class. Offered on credit/no credit basis only.
