LAW E574 Diversity in Corporate Governance Seminar

This seminar will explore the subject of diversity among members of boards of directors and among senior corporate managers as well. Primary emphasis will be on the role of women but the roles of other minorities in corporate governance will be considered. The seminar will examine developments in Europe (Norway, France, Belgium, Germany and Spain) and around the Pacific Rim (Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand). A paper with multiple drafts will be required.
