Robotics is poised to be the next transformative technology. The burgeoning robotics industry faces and presents arguably unique legal and regulatory issues sounding in tort, privacy, intellectual property, and criminal law—to name a few. This interdisciplinary course explores the best legal and policy infrastructure to receive commercial robotics.
