LAW B513 Evidence Seminar
Credits: 2-4, Variable
This seminar covers advanced topics in evidence law and policy. During the first quarter, students will read and discuss journal articles, cases, and codified rules on a variety of complex evidence issues. During the second quarter, each student will assign readings on a topic of their choosing and lead class discussion on that topic. Each student will write a final paper on their topic. Prerequisite: LAW B503 Evidence. Limited to 15 students. With the instructor's permission, a student may elect to take only the Autumn Quarter portion of this seminar.
