Graduate Tax Practicum

Field-based experience in a department-approved public or private entity. No monetary compensation will be received by the student nor will clients be billed for student work. Students will work a minimum of eight hours per week during the quarter under the guidance of one or more experienced practitioners. At the end of the quarter, the student and practitioner will provide the supervising faculty member with a final report summarizing the practicum experience. The decision to award academic credit will be made by the supervising faculty member. Open to LL.M. students. Enrollment limited. Offered on a credit/no credit basis only.
