LAW E552 Regulation of Business – W.R. Grace, a Case Study

This nontraditional course surveys prominent areas of law relevant to American corporations using W.R. Grace and Co. as a case study. It includes (i) corporate disclosures in SEC filings; (ii) SEC Enforcement Actions; (iii) litigation between Grace and the EPA; (iv) Grace’s bankruptcy plan & (v) criminal prosecution of Grace.
