This course is an advanced, in-depth study of copyright law and policy. The course will explore the boundaries of copyright protection and how copyright law relates to other intellectual property laws. It is available to students in the Intellectual Property Law & Policy Program who have taken the Intellectual Property Law Core course and, on a space available basis, would be available to students in the J.D. program who have taken the Copyright Law course.
