Courses 2009 - 2010

This course will address the fundamentals of patent application drafting, through a combination of lectures and assignments. The course will address all aspects of preceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including preparing new applications, amendments and examiner interviews. An engineering or science background is recommended. Grade will be based on written papers turned in during the course; no final exam given. Prerequisite: Law A546 Patents.
