Courses 2009 - 2010

The course will be a survey of the legal origins of the European Union and the synthesis of the major European legal traditions that has been achieved. It will focus primarily on the process of harmonizing national laws of the member states and economic integration in the areas of competition law (anti-trust) and free movement of goods and services, with a view to understanding the legal identity of contemporary Europe.
