The clinic begins with a seminar component covering applicable substantive law and procedure, skills training and professional responsibility concerns. Students then participate in a carefully supervised practice component covering applicable substantive law and procedure, skills training and professional responsibility concerns. Students then participate in a carefully supervised practice component and meet in weekly office meetings to discuss cases, skills and perspectives. Clients will generally be referred to the clinic from the Unemployment Law Project.
