LAW A586 Advanced Family Law Seminar
Credits: 2-4, Variable
Students will learn about topics excluded or covered only minimally in the Family Law course, including: 1) adoption; 2) paternity; 3) guardianship; 4) third-party custody; 5) parenting plans in the child welfare context; and 6) family law in the intimate partner violence context. Family Law is a prerequisite.
