Information for Clients

Our clients are generally Indians who have been charged with crimes by the Tulalip, Squaxin Island, Puyallup and Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribes.  We also represent, in partnership with the Tulalip Parent Advocacy Project, a limited number of parents whose children have been declared wards of the Tulalip Tribal Court. 

Each tribe creates its own eligibility system. We are unable to take cases from the general public and only represent clients in cases to which we are appointed by the tribal courts.
