Visa
Please apply for your visa early; sometimes more than three
months are necessary to process a visa. Be sure to include proof of financial support. Business attendees will need a B-1 visa unless your home country participates in
the visa waiver program.

Housing
A limited number of rooms in UW Housing have been reserved and will be released on a space-available basis. The housing package rate, including two meals per day is approximately $1,400 for single occupancy or $1,000 for double occupancy for 18 nights of housing.
Participants may also arrange housing through the University Inn, a nearby hotel.
