Puget Sound Area Minority Clerkship Program

The Puget Sound Area Minority Clerkship Program is designed to provide summer clerkship opportunities for minority first-year law students from the University of Washington and Seattle University Schools of Law. Application deadline is in late-January.

Interviews for Washington House of Representatives/ Office of Program Research (OPR) - Legal Intern Program

The Washington State House of Representatives/Office of Program Research (OPR) visits campus each year in early January to conduct an information session and individual interviews for their legal intern program. Both first- and second-year law students may apply. Details become available in December. Information is also available on the House of Representative's Intern Program site.

2008 First-Year Student Mock Interview Program

Each year in January our office coordinates mock interviews to assist first-year students as they prepare for interviews for summer positions. This is a great opportunity to brush up on your interview skills, so sign up right away!

2008 WSBA Diversity Mock Interview Program

The WSBA Committee for Diversity is bringing volunteer attorneys to campus to conduct an information session and mock interviews with 1L's, 2L's and 3L's. The attorneys are interested in meeting with minority/diversity students to assist with interview and job search skills. They are also happy to answer questions specific to being a student with a diverse background.
