On-Campus Interviews (OCI) will be held at the University of Washington School of Law on September 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, and October 1 & 2, 2009.

Resume Collection

Submit requests by Wednesday, May 6, 2009.  Resume Collection Registration Instructions

For employers who are interested in recruiting University of Washington students but are unable to interview on campus, we are happy to coordinate Resume Collection for you. To be competitive with our on-campus employer’s interview timeline, we encourage you to set a student application deadline no later than August 5, 2009.

Job Announcements

Job announcements for student and attorney positions are accepted any time during the year.  Submit your available position online at Symplicity or by e-mail attachment to careerps@u.washington.edu.

Off-Campus Career Fairs

National Law School Consortium

Deadline to register is Monday, June 15, 2009.

The UW is one of 10 top public law schools participating in this program. Interviews are held in Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami and Dallas during August & September. Important Dates for 2009

March 9, 2009 – Fall Recruiting Registration for Employers is open on Symplicity.

May 6, 2009 – Registration deadline for employers who want to participate in the Fall Recruiting Program (OCI). Registration materials and fees must be received in the Career Planning Office by this date.

July 24, 2009 – Student materials are available in Symplicity for employer review and pre-selection. Application materials are viewable in Symplicity and may be downloaded into a PDF file. (Employers pre-select 80% of the candidates to be interviewed-- Symplicity lotteries the remaining 20%.)

August 12, 2009 – Deadline for Employers to Submit Pre-Selections On-Line in Symplicity

August 17, 2009 – On-Campus Interview Schedules Published in Symplicity to employers and students.

September 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11 – Interviews held on campus.

October 1, 2 – Interviews held on campus.

Callback Dates – the University of Washington School of Law does not set formal "callback" or "flyback" weeks. However, employers who conduct interviews in September are encouraged to schedule callback interviews prior to September 30, the first day of fall quarter.
